Impossible Pumpkin Pie

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Put into Dutch Oven and bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Approximately 50-60 minutes.
