FAQs
Why Are There Ads on USScouts.org and WackyScouter.org?
We strive to offer valuable resources for the scouting community at no cost and are committed to keeping it that way. Ad revenue helps cover essential operational costs, including server maintenance, domain fees, coding new features, redesigning the sites to meet modern standards, and creating new resources and content.
What Types of Ads Will Be Displayed?
We are committed to displaying non-intrusive, relevant graphical banner ads that align with our mission. We are selective about the sponsors we partner with to ensure that their values align with Scouting principles and are of genuine interest to the community.
Will Ads Impact the User Experience?
We’re dedicated to ensuring that ads do not disrupt the user experience. Ad zones will be thoughtfully placed so that the primary focus remains on the valuable content we provide.
Can I Suggest a Sponsor, Become a Sponsor, or Recommend It to My Employer?
Absolutely! If your employer, you as a small business owner, or any freelancer offers products or services that align with Scouting values and would be of interest to the community, we welcome new sponsors.
