CUBS IN THE KITCHEN/05-10

Volcanic Sundae 
Chocolate topping or any flavor 
Whipping cream 
Maraschino Cherry

Tornado Smoothie
 2 1/2 large, ripe bananas, peel & slice
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cups orange juice
1/4 cup honey
` 1/4 cup crushed ice
Place all of the ingredients into the
blender. Blend until smooth.

Wacky Earthquake Cake
1 1/2 cup flourSift flour, cocoa, soda, sugar, and salt into greased square 9x9
3Tbsp.cocoa pan. Make three grooves in this dry mixture. Into one groove pour
1 tsp. baking soda   the oil, in another pour the vinegar, in the last one pour in the
1 cup sugar  vanilla. Now, pour the cold water over all of it. Beat with a
1/2 tsp. salt  spoon until it is nearly smooth and you can' see the flour.
5 Tbsp. oil Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cold water

Douse the Fire Cake 
1 cake mix (white or yellow)
1 small pkg. red jello
Cool whip
Bake cake as directed on the box.
Poke holes in the cake with a fork
going all the way to the bottom,
about 2" apart. Prepare the jello
as follows: 1 cup of boiling water,
stir in jello until completely dissolved,
add 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour over
the cake. Frost with cool whip.
