- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cups evaporated milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups lukewarm water
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
Combine first three ingredients in large pot, cover and let stand overnight. Add remaining ingredients, let stand 5 minutes, then ladle onto hot griddle and enjoy.
