- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbs hot water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbs margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
Soak oats in buttermilk overnight. Then add rest of ingredients and stir well. Cook batter as pancakes.
