Zucchini Boats
Cut one zucchini in half lengthwise and hollow out each half with a spoon, making "Dugout
Canoes." Then tape a small paper sail onto a stick or a straw. Poke them into the boats. Away
they go.
Potato Boats
1 medium baked potato
1/8 cup grated cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper
extra grated cheese
carrot sticks
red peppers
peas or corn
Cut the baked potato in half lengthwise. Leaving a ¼” wall of potato around the skins, scoop the
insides into a bowl. Mash and add the cheese, milk, margarine, salt and pepper. Then spoon the
mixture back into the skins. Warm the potatoes for 2 minutes on high in the microwave.
Decorate with extra cheese. Use carrot sticks for masts, peppers for sails and peas or corn on top
of the deck.
Edible Fishbowl
6 3oz. pkgs. blueberry gelatin
1 cup grapes
1 pkg. gummy fish
Prepare gelatin according to package. Pour gelatin into a clean fishbowl. Refrigerate until
partially set. Make a river bottom by pouring the grapes into the fishbowl and pushing them to
the bottom. Add gummy fish to the middle. Return to the refrigerator and chill thoroughly.
Makes about 12 cups.
Mud Parfaits
Use clear plastic cups so they can see the layers.

Celery stalks Trim and wash celery, and fill them with cream cheese.
Cream cheese Top with goldfish crackers.
