- 1 lb bacon
- One large onion, chopped
- One 32oz bag potatoes
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb pepper cheese, grated
- One jar salsa
Preheat Dutch oven. Cut bacon into small pieces and cook bacon and onion. Remove mixture and add potatoes. Do not drain bacon drippings. Fry until golden brown. Stir bacon mixture back in, then add eggs. Cover and cook until eggs are almost solid. Sprinkle with cheese and continue cooking until eggs are set and cheese melted. Serve with salsa.
Geezer style -- add one tbs chili powder, 2 tsp red pepper, and one Tobasco sauce to the egg mixture before cooking.

I don't know how the situation is going everywhere, but it's pretty locked down where I am... I was wondering, what are you doing as scouts when you can't see your group? Virtual meetings are better than nothing, but there must be a more scout way to deal with this! Evolving individualy as a scout is fine to, but doing it with other and sharing your new knowleges with one another is, I think, a big part of scouting. What do you think?
