The mascot for the Episcopal School of Dallas, a well-regarded private school in Texas, is the Eagles. So it’s only fitting that a dozen seniors from this year’s graduating class are Eagle Scouts. It was a mild, overcast day in March — hardly beach weather — but the Scouts were out there anyway, walking the sandy shoreline at Fort Flagler Historical State Park in Washington.
