Pocket Art

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Pre-washed cotton T-shirt with a pocket
Acrylic paint
Paintbrushes
Cardboard cut to fit in-between front and back of the shirt
Cardboard cut to fit inside the pocket
Paper Towels to wipe brushes on
Paper Plates to use as a palette

POCKET ART INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Slide cardboard into the shirt pocket.
Step 2: Paint the nose and fingertips on the top edge of the pocket itself.
Step 3: Paint knuckles and tops of hands just above the pocket. Line up with fingertips.
Step 4: Paint head. Fill in the entire area with one solid color. Let dry well.
Step 5: Add eyes and eyebrows.
Step 6: Paint hair.
Step 7: Allow the paint to dry before removing the cardboard completely.
