Cubmaster:
This month we have gone back in time to learn about dinosaurs.
Paleontologists are men and women who study fossils and help
to recreate what life may have been like millions of years ago. If anyone
ever asks you what a dinosaur was, tell them that dinosaurs were all
land-dwelling reptiles that walked with their legs straight and their bodies
up off the ground. They were unlike any reptiles that lived then and
now. They were something quite special, and there’s no reptile the least
bit like them in the world today. Each Cub Scout in our pack is someone
special. They may appear to be similar, however, each Scout is unique.
We will now honor and recognize them for their individual efforts as
they progress along the Scouting trail.
