FROGGY CUPCAKES
Cupcakes, any flavor
Blue frosting (water colored)
Big green gumdrops, cut in half
White chocolate chips
Black decorator icing
Frost cupcakes. Press a white chocolate chip
into the cut side of the gumdrop near the
bottom edge. Squirt a dab of the black
decorator's icing into the center of each chip.
Press frog eyes into the frosting.
