This Is The Season Of Lights

SETTING: The room is darkened, each participant lights a candle with each purpose

NARRATOR: This is the season of lights. It is a time when days are shorter and nights are long. But somehow the world seems brighter during the Hanukkah and Christmas season. Thousands at home have candles to light the way for the Christ child. Other thousands have candles burning to commemorate the miracle of the oils of Hanukkah. Even the stars in the winter sky seem brighter. But the most brilliant glow comes from the spirit of goodwill that we live all year-round in the Cub Scout program.
