I am looking for stories that demonstrate someone following a point of the Scout Law. Please email stories to scott (at) insanescouter (dot) org … The stories can be as simple everyday life to something major that happened.
For those of you who do not know the Boy Scout Law is:
A Scout Is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent
Here is a quick story to demonstrate what I am looking for.
There are these two 13 year old twin Boy Scouts. One is struggling with leukemia for a while. He went into remission but recently it came back. He needed a bone marrow transplant. His brother stepped up showing amazing bravery, and kindness for his brother and saving his brothers life. This is what it means to be a Scout!
