Ingredients:
4 c air-popped popcorn
2 c mini-dinosaur Grahams
2 c corn cereal squares
1 ½ c dried pineapple wedges
1 package (6oz) of raisins
butter flavored nonstick cooking spray
1 tbsp +1 ½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 c yogurt-covered raisins
Preheat oven to 350°. Combined popcorn, Grahams, cereal, pineapple, and raisins in a large bowl;
mix lightly. Transfer to a 15x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Spray the mixture generously with cooking spray.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Sprinkle ½ of the sugar mixture over the popcorn
mixture; toss lightly to coat. Spray the mixture again with additional cooking spray. Add remaining
sugar mixture; mix lightly. Bake snack mix for 10 minutes, stirring after five. Cool completely in
a pan on a wire rack. Add yogurt-covered raisins; mix lightly.
