PERSONNEL: 3 Cubs
EQUIPMENT: The narrator and 2 Cub Scouts hold each poster with a script written on the back of the poster. One poster with a picture of an oyster and the other poster with a picture of an eagle.
CUB 1: When God made the oyster, he guaranteed him economic and social security. He built the oyster a home, a shell to protect him from his enemies. When he is hungry, the oyster simply opens his shell and food rushes in.
CUB 2: But when God made the eagle, he said, "The sky is the limit. Go build your house." And the eagle went and built his house on the highest mountain crag where storms threaten him every day. For food, he flies through miles of rain, snow, and wind.
NARRATOR: The Eagle, not the oyster is the emblem of America. Let us always be proud of our emblem and our country. Good night! See you next month.
