Equipment: 7 large colored cardboard cutouts of balloons that have the letters W-E-L-C-O-M-E on them.
Set-Up: Boys hold balloons with letters away from the audience. As each boy says his lines, he turns over his balloon to reveal the letter.
Cub # 1: Welcome to each and every one.
Cub # 2: We're going to have lots of fun.

Cub # 4: We give to you a friendly greeting.
Cub # 5: Our displays today you will enjoy.
