Plastic canvas cut to 9 holes down x 20 holes across
Cut 3 dark blue plastic lacing 6 inches each
Cut 3 red boondoggle 6 inches each
Cut 3 white boondoggle 6 inches each
Start with a blue 6" boondoggle and fold in half.
Skip the first hole, and thread the blue boondoggle
into the next 2 holes. Then thread downward,
leaving about 2 inches hanging down.
Repeat with the white, red, blue, white, red, blue, white;
for the last red, fold the canvas together in a
circle and hook together repeating as before.
