Wacky Scouter Update: A Fresh New Look and Name

It's official, InsaneScouter has been re-branded into Wacky Scouter, and we couldn't be more thrilled to share the news! This change brings with it a brand-new website design that is more user-friendly, mobile friends, and easier to navigate.

First, let's talk about the new design. The Wacky Scouter team has worked hard to create a website that is not only visually appealing but also provides an enjoyable experience for all of our users. The new design is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, allowing you to quickly find the information you are looking for. Majority of the feedback we have received, is that people appreciate the improved layout and organization of our site.

In addition to the new design, we have also added several new features that we believe will greatly enhance your experience. One of the most exciting additions to the Wacky Scouter website is the new "Scout Skills" section which allows you to quickly find the skills you're looking for. Whether you are looking to improve your camping skills, cooking, or your ability to navigate using map & compass, you will find it here.

Besides the "Scout Skills" section, we have also added a "Resources" section that offers a wealth of useful information. In this section, you will find Scouting News, Ceremonies, and Fun items such as games, songs, and skits, all aimed at helping you easily find what you need to plan creative and fun meetings. But the real gem of the "Resources" section is the Leaders section packed with tips, training, and resources to help you lead your unit to success.

To keep up with the latest in Scouting, check out our "Scouting News" page under "Resources". This page is broken into catgories such as Blog, News, Podcasts, Youtube, Jobs, Reddit, Pinterest, etc. You can click on the title to open that item in a new tab or window. Clicking the 'eye' icon next to the title will display a snippet or in some cases the entire article in a popup. Let us know of any sources we might be missing.

We understand that being a scout leader can be a challenge, but with the support of the Wacky Scouter team, you can feel confident in your abilities. The website is constantly being updated with new resources, ideas, and tools.
